How to measure for a Kavalkade Rug:

A - Back Length, from the middle of the withers to the base of the tail
B - Mid chest to mid back hind leg

About A: The actual length of the rug is approx. 5 - 10 cm (depending on the material) longer than the stated length. So the rug lies in front of the withers, protects shoulder area optimally and cannot slip behind the sensitive withers.

About B: For an even better fit we recommend also taking this measurment. If the measured number B differs from the information in the table it´s recommended increasing the next larger size if your horse has broad shoulders and choosing the next smaller size if your horse has narrow shoulders.
